Queuing incoming on gsm e1550 in asterisk freepbx?

The task is to receive several incoming calls from 1 SIM card, and so that instead of short beeps they queue up, and when the operator is free, he can start them. As long as there is a configured server with an e1550 modem, it accepts incoming and outgoing. I am new to this business and please tell me what you need for this. Thanks in advance

As an option, add another modem with a SIM card and make a busy call forwarding from the main SIM card to the second SIM card. How many modems - so much and a person can simultaneously be in the queue.

First you need your operator to allow several calls to arrive simultaneously on one SIM card. Asterisk has absolutely nothing to do with it.
