Questions about the gentoo web server and just Linux?
Hello.
Yesterday I decided to put on a laptop lenovo ideapad b450 - linux gentoo
I collected the kernel manually, but there was an error during compilation, and this error came out in an incomprehensible encoding. Something like this: Error: _|,. - sticks, squiggles, hooks. At startup, naturally there was a kernel panic. When assembling the genkernel, it was the same. I couldn’t google anything like that, I installed arch linux for myself, in principle I’m satisfied, but I can’t understand what happened with gent, it’s very interesting.
In addition, I also have a web server, an ordinary computer, which I bought as a home server, but in the future, at first, I want to keep it as hosting for my projects. There, I installed the djent successfully, assembled and configured everything, raised the server lamps, installed the webmin.
Because in principle, with the administration of Linux, I'm on you, that is, a couple of questions, maybe they are frankly lamer, but I do not require a detailed answer, just tell me what to read and in which direction to google:
1. About the server. I am new to this business, when developing sites I have always used shared hosting and VPS, where there were panels like direct admin, where you could click on databases, ftp users, create domains, subdomains, etc. ... Is it possible to do the same in webmin? What to read on the topic?
Or maybe there is a way to put direct admin on jent? Or advise an alternative panel so that I can do similar actions.
2. How can I then "broadcast" sites on the Internet? I will buy an external IP and a wider channel, but will I have to do something else?
3. How to raise dns? (or what is the name of what I mean - so that there are many different sites-domains on one server)
4. How to register the execution of a bash script in archlinux in archlinux? to connect wi-fi through wpa_supplicant. I wrote the script, but I'm too lazy to run it every time.
Once again I apologize if the questions are really stupid, just hint in which direction to google, then I myself.

1. You can, doxfer.webmin.com/Webmin + google will help you.
As for the rest of the points, I can only add that there may be problems with the circulation of mail, because. ISPs don't usually provide a reverse dns setup.
2. You need to buy a domain name that will point to your external IP. As a rule, "binding" to IP is sold along with the domain. Otherwise, you will need to take care of paying for DNS as well.
3. This is called virtual hosts and is solved by the web server config. Many domain names resolve to your external IP - and the web server decides what to give.
4. /etc/rc.d, crontab, /etc/rc.conf

en_US.UTF-8
. Then even if there are problems with fonts, error messages will be in English.
