Questions about sitemap.xml?

A small introduction: there is a website with a poster of events, at first I displayed them all on the main one, but over time, there were a lot of events (even for my small town), I decided to display a limited number of events and a button (load more), respectively, the search engine will not see these links (it does not process scripts, right?), the idea came to build an automatic generation of sitemap.xml, in connection with this, a number of questions arose:
1. Does the search engine dig it so normally?
2. Is it necessary to indicate in the sitemap all the events that are on the poster, or is it more reasonable to leave only relevant ones?
3. If irrelevant ones are removed from the sitemap, will this negatively affect the issuance in any way?
4. Is the priority value required if all events in the sitemap have the same priority?

1. If there are a lot of links, you can make several sitemap files, for example, divide events by genre, etc. Then specify all available files in webmaster tools.
2. Not necessarily, you can leave only relevant ones, because. it is their presence in the index that is important.
3. Will not affect.
4. Not necessarily - information .
