What should be done first in terms of SEO for a new domain? Everywhere there is different information, but there is no step-by-step - such instructions that must be applied to a new site. For example, add it to the Google and Yandex index.
In the first place is simplicity and low time costs, in the second place is efficiency. I don't want to learn anything from SEO.

SEO is not done for the domain, it is done for the specifics of the content on the domain. If there is a store, then it can buy a few links, if the multipage is informational - internal linking.
In general, you need to make a normal site - such for what it was conceived and don’t bother much about SEO until you have data on the first visitors from the search and positions.
