Question on MS SQL MIRRORING?
Good afternoon.
It is necessary to create mirror copies of the database on two machines with automatic switching. On host A - principal, on host B - mirror + witness. When A is disconnected from the network, everything works out with a bang - the mirror becomes the principal, and I calmly continue to work with the database after the reconnect. When B is disabled, even if the base on A was in the principal role, the base on A goes into recovery mode and is therefore not available. How to force base on A to continue work at absence of connection with witness?
