Yandex has indexed myproject.cloudapp.net and now the site is in the search results with a technical address. It is necessary to make sure that the technical address is not indexed, but it is better to hide it altogether so that the site is available only via myproject.ru. Question - how?

No way to hide. You can bind a CNAME to this domain name or an A-record.
