Outlook 2010 - password required. What to do on Exchange?

Such a problem: mail stops working for some clients on a workstation in Outlook 2010 - an exclamation mark appears and an inscription in the lower right corner "Password required".
The most interesting thing is that autodiscovery works properly, and when you click on "Password required" the inscription and exclamation. the sign disappears and mail goes regularly.
I don't know how to identify the cause of the problem, because as soon as you start the autodiscovery check or restart the client, everything works.
Need help from Exchange gurus :)

What protocol is connected to Outlook? Mapi and clients in the domain?
Are you using isa\tmg firewall client?
Check the address book on exchange. Perhaps outlook can't update contacts, not emails.

If the problem is not for everyone, but for some customers. Then find out when the password was last changed for the user who is asked for the password. Try changing your password and try to relogin. Another option is to check if a proxy for IE is being used, if it is, allow it to contact your Exchange directly, including autodiscover, or simply disable the proxy for the duration of the check. If that doesn't help, let us know and we'll figure it out :)
