Question marks instead of Cyrillic on a flash drive in Linux Mint, how to fix the encoding?
I insert the USB flash drive, it automounts. Files and directories with a Russian name are not displayed, nothing can be created on a flash drive, apparently problems with rights.
How to fix the situation?

you need to unmount the flash drive and mount it manually with the mount command, passing the correct FS encoding as an option, most likely it is CP1251.-o iocharset=cp1251,codepage=1251
