Why doesn't the screen turn on after locking or sleeping on KDE Plasma (Debian 10)?

After:
- Locking the screen
- Sleep
- Hibernation
- Changing the user

The screen dims according to logic, but does not turn on after, the mouse "burns" and it moves + there is sound

KDE Plasma session, I have a video card from Nvidia

I (though not on Debian, but on Gentoo) have systemd units nvidia-hibernate.service, nvidia-resume.service and nvidia-suspend.service in the nvidia-drivers package. They call the /usr/bin/nvidia-sleep.sh script with the parameters suspend and resume when going into standby mode and when waking up, which sends the appropriate command to the driver. See the NVidia documentation ( https://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86_64/4... ).
It was enough for me to make the standby mode work in KDE Plasma with an NVidia video card to make systemctl enable for the three specified units. Without this, the system did not want to go into standby mode. Maybe suspend works for you, but resume does not work?
