Actually, there are two questions:
1) Is it possible to take an order on Kwork, receive payment to your account, without first attaching a card? Now there is no way to bind. I just want to know if I can get the money and withdraw later.
2) Who has already tied it - if the payment is in rubles, as I understand it, I can’t take and bind an ordinary debit card of a Ukrainian bank like this? Do you need some special one so that transfers from rubles to hryvnia can be made on it?
