question is off topic, but I need the opinion of programmers, please tell me guys
I have 2 job options: 1) remotely, creating websites, bitrix, php, back end, 200 per hour 40 hours a week
2) to the office , creating web applications, yii2, laravel, php, salary 9-10k
I like both jobs, but I can’t choose something for myself, on the one hand I like communication with programmers, that I can always ask, they will suggest a solution, they will teach and train , and then only in the next. They will pay for a month, as much as I will work (I will complete the tasks), and the second for tribute and convenience, the progress of knowledge is also progressing, but more slowly and still less logic goes than in the development of web applications
Please tell me what should I do to go for knowledge or a calm stable growth of knowledge / money

where do you find such work? how can you pay a programmer, even an intern, 9-10k rubles, he will stupidly starve to death.
