Are there IT companies in Moscow with a large number of foreign-speaking staff?

I have a decent base in English. I want to not only read and listen, but also talk a lot. Conversational clubs are good, but their efficiency is much lower than real communication.
The most effective way to practice without leaving for another country is to communicate at work, because we spend half our lives there.

no, of course,
Moscow, of course, we respect it, but it’s far from the UAE, so only the authorities go / send,
you won’t talk much with them, small and medium-sized stores in the USA will help you
in large ones, alas, you will talk with Filipinas, Malaysians and Indians

You can try to get a job in a company that outsources from an English-speaking country. Then, perhaps, it will be possible to communicate with programmers/managers for whom English is their native language.
