But this is already too much. As many as 300 rubles were withdrawn. So he called. We asked the telephony provider and the call was interrupted. Then the money was counted. So, will they be able to withdraw more money from the phone later?

It depends on their arrogance. In my opinion, the only way to check is to replenish another 300 rubles. And if it happens again, this terrible deception, look for solutions. Perhaps your telecom operator will help with this, they probably had similar precedents.
