Question about the Internet provider, where can I get a channel and can it be rented from another provider?
Lyrical digression: there was an idea to deploy the Internet in the village where I once lived. There is no Internet there at all except edge, the largest state provider has officially stated that there is no possibility and is not foreseen even in the plans. A couple of kilometers away there is another village in which this same provider, according to plans, brought his optics and successfully provides access to the Internet, iptv and sip telephony, in fact he is a monopolist there and again no other providers are expected there. It is possible to throw a channel from this provider through the air (ubiquiti points, distance less than 2 km, excellent line of sight), put a microtic at the end, set up a ppoe server (there will be no more than 100 clients), put sector wifi in wds mode.
Harsh life: in theory, everything is simple and almost all points have been resolved except for one, it is possible to legalize everything except for the moment with renting an Internet channel. I just couldn't find any information on the internet about this. Now I plan to buy iron, install it, connect the Internet at a maximum speed (100 mb / s) from a friend and distribute it (so to speak, to probe the profitability of this business in practice). Speeds for clients in the region of 2-5 megabits will be beyond the eyes, there will be more in general, they will lose consciousness from happiness.
Brief essence of the questions:
1) Share your experience of renting Internet channels
2) Is it possible to rent a channel from another provider? What are the approximate prices. A friend suggested the existence of a law on "digital inequality and antimonopoly", but I am not a lawyer at all and am far from understanding all the subtleties of what is written.
3) Share your experience of becoming a "last mile provider" in general, throw in links. All I was looking for and found was that "such and such documents, such and such hardware are needed, and everything will be fine," but nowhere did they say a word about where you can get the Internet channel.

1) there is no such service as "renting an Internet channel", there is "Internet access"
2) in your case, you simply buy Internet access for a legal entity, and then outsourcing and blocking unwanted content. The price is always different and depends on a lot of things. Request a commercial offer for a legal entity at a specific address
3) last mile provider - an operator that builds channels for the main operator's customers from its point of presence to the customer's facilities. You want to organize a full-fledged provider, albeit a small one, all customers will be your

And yes, PPPoE is correct. Only if you implement it there will be no PPPoE there, you will be given a subnet of at least /30
