The customer posted an hourly vacancy for a specific task and hired me for it. I completed the task and the customer informed me that he still had a lot of work for me. In this regard, we did not close the contract. all the time on new tasks I repochru in it.
Can the customer put a review for my work without closing this contract?

No. Can not.
If there is a goal to get a review - close the contract.
There are also stages of the contract. I advise you to use them if you are a customer or can recommend something to him. For each of the stages, you can hire individual performers, close them and write reviews.
