Qt/C++ Russian alphabet support?

I have 2 applications: one console, the other on widgets.
The problem is that I do not support the Russian language.
All the solutions found in Google are quite crutch different. So I don't know how to do it right.
Tell me how to make support for the Russian language for both types (but so that English is also supported)
