QIP does not receive messages from one contact

QIP 2012, tried several builds. The situation is the same: a notification pops up that the contact is typing and that's it. Nothing comes. No ignore lists, I checked everything ten times. The most interesting thing is that I have ICQ on the next computer and messages come there. Even more than that, if the second computer with ICQ is turned on, then messages from this contact also come to qip.
Who faced what kind of witchcraft? How to deal with it?

Judging by the symptoms, this is an ICQ Push glitch in combination with an ICQ multilogin. That is, messages go all the time to a hung mobile connection, are not displayed anywhere and do not reach the qip. When you log in through the office client, it reports that you are not on the phone now and thanks to the multilogin, messages are sent to all clients, incl. and qip.
Treat through "aolsystemmsg 1" or logging out in mobile ICQ.
