In a nutshell:
How to test an applet without restarting the session?
More:
When changing the *.server file or when changing the applet code itself or when adding an applet to the panel, you have to restart the user session to see the changes or just add the applet. Accordingly, all programs have to be started again, and this is very annoying.
Is it possible to somehow reload the list of available applets and add a newly created / modified applet without restarting the session?

A little chaotic, but I hope that they will understand me or point out what I'm doing wrong.
