For a year and a half I talked with their technical support about MODX, in general, in my admin panel, except for the top menu, nothing was shown. They said that their hosting does not support everything MODX requires. Perhaps now something has been fixed, since the admin panel itself is working.
Here they write:

Well, in principle, packages are installed manually without any problems, so this is not particularly worrisome.

I ordered a paid hosting for myself for 600 rubles/year instead of suffering with free ones.
