Pulseaudio stopped working, what should I do?

KDE Neon 5.18, audio stopped working in all applications, there is silence during playback and sound appears for a split second about every 3 seconds.
In the logs I found only the following
"Feb 24 01:29:50 dk-ZenBook-13-UX331UAL pulseaudio[9876]: [pulseaudio] module.c: Module "module-device-manager" should be loaded once at most. Refusing to load ."

Google did not help, reinstalling pulseaudio, as well as resetting its configs did not help.
I also tried to download the sources, apply this patch to them , compile and install, it did not help either.

Put Alsa
