The essence of the problem is that the sound is reproduced through the headset, but the computer shows that the sound is reproduced through the speakers (which are not connected at all). In the “sounds” / “playback” section, I saw this, the child reconfigured something, so the problem arose, this is because recently everything was working fine, and no reinstallation of the operating system could affect this ...
Together with the micro does not work with this, because the computer sees the headset as speakers, besides, the sound has become somehow well-groomed because of this. Help me please.

Headset in your understanding - what is it?
headphones and microphone with green and pink jacks?
USB headset?
Bluetooth headset?
Delete in the Device Manager, disable, reboot, connect, update the driver - replace ...
Reinstalling Windows will also help you.
