Why doesn't sound work in video in Windows 10?

The problem is that the sound does not work exclusively in the video. Tried different video extensions, different players, same thing. Likewise in games, video intros do not play sound. But everywhere else there is sound. The browser plays any sounds, including video, Windows also plays any sounds other than video.
PS updated to ten with licensed Windows 7. Driver reinstalled.

1. What players do you use?
2. Are the latest codecs installed for your system?
3. Check your default audio device.
4. More details about firewood, did you reinstall them again?
