PSTN base, in other words, the base of world telephone directions
Hello.
Before asking the habrazhites, honestly, I surfed the entire Internet and even called my friends, but did not find anything.
And the task is this:
If some billing for telephony.
There is no base of directions, that is, dialing phone numbers and comparing them to some cities, states and countries.
There is such a site as www.numberingplans.com
There is a base there. And even dancing with sending a fax to the Netherlands, you can get it. The pleasure is inexpensive - 66 euros per month of subscription (such as updates are also coming out and this is good), but all new customers are given the condition - to take at least a year.
Hence two questions:
1. Does anyone have a thread account on numberingplans, so that you can pay for a month, not for a year, and, in fact, swing this base?
2. Is there any alternative solution?
Z. Y. Do not offer to parse MTT or Rostelecom - they themselves have a lot of jambs in the database. We just tried.

It is not clear why the MTT base is better or worse than another one of the same kind. They are assembled in the same way and at the same time change regularly, but there is no single world registry - each country fusses at random and changes without always notifying its neighbors.
You can assemble this database completely on your own:
Take the country "Uruguay" for example, and want to get the city codes of this country
Step 1. Climb to Wikipedia, read what kind of country Uruguay is, what cities it has, what language them geo-domain.
Get:
Language: Spanish
Domain: .UY Country
code: +598
Cities: Montevideo
