Proxy blacklists. How to determine by what criterion the URL was blocked?

There is a large black list of resources that are forbidden to visit. And there's a long URL that gets blocked but shouldn't. What utility should be used against the banned list and URL to find out by what criteria it is blocked? The block list contains characters of the form *
In the proxy itself, there is no such possibility, or it does not work.

If you don't want to deal with regexps, then just delete the rules one by one and see who banned.
