Selecting an advertiser for an Android app?

There is an application, it has advertising from Wapstart installed (banner at the bottom of the screen). Recently, income has fallen by about half. I wrote to their Support Service, they explained that it depends on the buyers of advertising. Almost two weeks have passed in this mode, the situation has not changed, but I don’t want to lose money just like that, even if not very big. Therefore, I thought about changing the advertiser.
Whose advertising is better to install in the application?
It is necessary that the income was good, and it was easy to withdraw (I live in Russia) and the advertising was decent, where it’s not scary to let the user in. As I understand it, the most classic option is AdMob, but judging by the reviews, everything is advertised there and there is a risk of sending the user to download a virus.

I work with AdMob, now payments have decreased by 6-8 times compared to last year. Sad trend.
Depends on the audience, but for the CIS countries, I would not recommend AdMob.

Wapstart, like other networks, is now experiencing a very big crisis with advertisers.
Prices are falling at an unrealistic pace, and there are fewer and fewer advertisers.
From personal experience: earlier on a network like wapstart I had 7-8 kr / day, now with the same audience, I have only 500-1000 rubles.

Whose advertising is better to install in the application?

Better admob I think you will not find.
Yes, the cost per click is lower there, and the payouts are problematic, ... But no advertising network will give you such a number of advertisers and a 100% Fill Rate!
The probability of getting a virus from a wapstart, I think, is much greater than that of an admob.
