Proxmox

Proxmox what is the maximum number of nodes that can be added to a cluster?

There is a cluster of Master nodes and 14 working nodes.
Somewhere I once read that it is impossible to add more than 15 or 16 nodes to the cluster because it will stop working stably. Right now I'm looking and I can't find such a statement (maybe it's already been corrected?)
Proxmox version 3.46

Yes, there is no limit there if you do not cluster them but use them as isolated nodes, well, what difference does it make to him how many nodes to manage

In version 3.4, they do not use more than 16 nodes (and do not recommend), although the version of corosync used in this version officially supports up to 32 nodes.
In version >4.0, they claim to support up to 32 nodes now
. I have 20 nodes working fine in version 3.4.
And yes, in quorum based systems there is no such thing as a master node.
