ProxMox storage type?

Good afternoon, colleagues!)
Available: ProxMox 6; RAID 1 SSD; RAID 1 HDD.
There are various types of storages, I can not deal with them.
LVM is for images, LVM-Thin is for the VMs themselves.
I put virtualok OSes on LVM-Thin (which is on RAID HDD).
It is necessary to place the database files in some VMs. To do this, I want to connect storages to them.
The specified RAID SSD, is it better to create it as a directory? LVM? Or ?
Thank you!

If you need speed - then add it to proxmox as a folder,
take qcow2 for the disk storage format that you will add to the virtual machine
