The proxmox binding itself does not know how to use ionice for virtual machines. the maximum that can be limited to R / W limits, well, set the burst rate (by the way, it didn’t work adequately for me).
ionice can be hung on processes. you can split and parse the exhaust of the same iotop with a script, there will be something like kvm -id 100 -name blabla, catch pid and distribute the right one with the same script. Like crutches.
some kind of stupid decision, set the priority to the processes inside and everything will be ok
