Provider bases?

Good afternoon, colleagues :)
For the implementation of one small project, I needed databases of connected houses to providers. Several cities.
As far as I understand, these databases are in semi-open access on the websites of the providers themselves?
How to get them or is it possible to get them by parsing? Periodic updates are recommended.

Such data is a trade secret for most providers, so it is unlikely to be found in public.

I don't understand why it's so private! There is no personal data. The provider itself gives access to the records in the database when a potential client checks the connectivity.

in my opinion, all providers have this on their sites, take it and parse it.
