Protection against F5 CloudFlare?

How to protect the site from an F5 attack if CloudFlare is in front of the site and skips it?
How to temporarily ban the attacker's IP address if CloudFlare is proxying the request?

There is no need to defend against F5, because a person cannot produce a serious load. And this cdn has antiddos and so it comes out of the box

ban via API
if it is impossible to cache it
is easier to give a temporary cache, if the business logic allows of course
