Do I need to refuse CloudFlare if the ip is included in the register of prohibited sites?
While conducting analytics of my site through one web service, I noticed a warning that the ip of the site was included in the register of prohibited sites in the Russian Federation: To be more precise, this is the ip of CloudFlare, which had a site with "bad content", which was the reason it to the register. This has already been written about many times and the question is not about it.
The question is this:
In fact, my site example.ru is opened by the domain name, at least through WestCall and Beeline. Apparently because these providers do not block by ip, but by Host. My site can be used throughout the Russian Federation and I do not know how things are with other providers. It is likely that it will not work in some regions.
Tell me, is it possible to somehow check the availability of the site in all available operators in Russia (maybe there is some kind of web service?) Or is it easier to refuse CloudFlare?
