Real ip CloudFlare nginx + apache not working?

I used apache2 + nginx, and I used the following config:
proxy_set_header Host $host;
proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $remote_addr;
proxy_connect_timeout 120;
proxy_send_timeout 120;
proxy_read_timeout 180;
But after putting CF nothing works. I read their manuals, tried it and nothing works. Maybe there is some kind of just a separate bundle for nginx + apache2?

What would nginx see the real ones from CloudFlare. And throw the corpse of an Indian to the rescue in 99.9999% of cases they put it because they just read about it somewhere. but in reality the old Indian is not needed.
