I only know one. OpenOcr.org (alt. link cognitiveforms.ru/products/cuneiform/ ) + do the parsing of the result yourself.

There are also mirrors.webhostinggeeks.com/gnu/ocrad/ , but there seems to be no versions for win and it seems that conversion to pbm is necessary.
In terms of recognition quality, I liked tesseract more, but in some places ocrad was not superfluous.
