Prompt CMS for organizing events

There is a need to quickly deploy a small site for organizing events. As an example, I really like it-sobytie.ru/ - I would be grateful if you could tell me which CMS to run something similar on. Maybe there is a ready-made solution for rails, or even for WordPress? :)

Thanks!

Under WordPress, it would be enough to ask Google . From the reviews results:
times wpbriefly.com/2013/02/wordpress-calendar-and-events-plugins/
two webdesigntunes.com/coding/25-useful-wordpress-event-calendar-plugins-and-widgets/
There are free and paid plugins.
As for pure tsms - I don’t think that there is something like that, although I could be wrong

Drupal 7 with the enterprise_events module, for example. Or through fields + views + panels.
In general, on Drupal it is possible to implement in several ways

Used for one project - ivanribas.com/evento/
The product is not free, but very well written, beautiful and easy to use and modify. Saved me loads of time.
In my opinion it is much better than your example.
PS If you are interested, I can give you examples of sites based on this product through a personal message.

wordpress and joomla will handle this perfectly (with additional modules, of course, not out of the box).
I am not familiar with drupal in terms of choosing modules, but I think that there will be no problems either.

drupal.org/project/cod
The D6 version is quite usable. I myself use parts of the assembly in my project, also for organizing events
