No online payment process required. Only sending to the basket and leaving the client's contacts for communication. Support for design templates (although, I think, now it is everywhere). While looking from ready-made OpenCart . I also looked, but have not yet tried Drupal + Ubercart and Joomla! + Vartuemart. What do you advise? Interesting to hear your experience. The last project I did was on Magento . I really liked that all functions work without a file, well-made and intuitive templates, I figured it out without documentation. Russification is not trivial, but there are manuals. I didn’t try to add modules, but the system is based on Zend, so I think everything is not easy there.
I have a dedicated server - it works fine. They write that there are problems with hosting, but I think it will work on normal sites.

What I DO NOT recommend is phpShop. As soon as you need to go beyond the functionality (at least just replace cp1251 with utf-8), then a perversion with the code immediately appears.

I make websites on cms made simple.
CNC is, easy and simple for the user, well indexed.
The community is big and nice, but English speaking.
Frequently updated, smarty oriented. In a word, my favorite cms.
I also run my online store there.
As for Joomla, drive it away, mock it.
Terrible cms, heavy, a lot of superfluous, garbage, in a word.
Drupal is better if you choose between Joomla and it.
Drupal is a good time-tested cms.
