Prompt a simple proxy server for Linux

From requirements:
ACL access. the ability to create accounts with a login / pass for different users;
the ability to limit the speed;
simple setup;
it is desirable to have in the repositories / ppa or at least just deb-packages;

monster SQUID don't want to bet

And squid, by the way, may well be "a simple proxy server for Linux." There is nothing monstrous about him. We collect only with the necessary options and that's it.

anon-proxy is a competitor to privoxy, it works easily, just install it and it already works.
127.0.0.1 port 4001. If you use it in the browser, don't forget to check the box "use for all protocols" in the proxy settings.

ziproxy is the simplest I've found. True, it is designed to compress content, but it can be turned off.
