Should I use a subdomain?

Yes, it's worth it. For Yandex, this is important. There is a pronounced regional issue. There is no way without subdomains if you want to receive traffic from three different regions. What exactly is your resource? Internet shop ? what content is currently on the pages? Are there any texts? If yes, then don't use the same texts on three different domains! Leave only one. Otherwise, the search engine can simply glue the pages together.
also create your own metric counters and webmaster accounts for different subdomains. use different robots.txt and sitemap.xml
