Let's say I copy the URL of an image from one site, and then paste it with a link in the wordpress editor to my site, but at the same time, so that the image itself is loaded on my site (hosting). Maybe there is a similar variation with CTRL + C - CTRL + V by selecting a photo on someone else's site.
ps And if anyone knows, does not the huge number of other people's photos (non-unique images) on your site greatly affect the promotion?

Images are better saved and dragged in WordPress than using inserts.
I advise you to put at least a plugin with a watermark on WordPress, let it somehow uniqueize them.
Affects. Plus there will be less traffic (if at all) with Google / Yandex images. It’s easier to uniqueize everything, since there are plenty of ways.
