Should I change the path in the url?

Good afternoon
There is a site on which we changed cms.
The new engine allows you to create CNCs of the site/cleaning type regardless of the nesting level (site/services/uborka-kvartir).
Question:
Should I change the URLs from site/services/uborka-kvartir to site/uborka-kvartir or leave it as it is?
All new urls will be created according to this site/uborka pattern, but what to do with the old ones, already indexed, is an open question.
Is it right for seo to make a 301 redirect from site/services/uborka-kvartir to site/uborka-kvartir
