According to information from Google, I concluded that this method of notifying search bots was invented for faster indexing of blogs.

• But what happens if you use it for the site?
  
• For example, if you immediately send a million links per day? 695 pages per minute
  
• Search engines won't ban you for this?

They won't ban it, but everyone will index it. It's just that the bot will come earlier.
