What to do, Question to SEO optimizers?

Dear all, good afternoon.
Did the customer have a website that has been indexed for about a year and is in the top 10 of Google search results for some queries? now it turned out that the customer needed a new site with a new design, and of course the structure of the pages and the site has changed, the new site is made by me. How can I now make sure that the pages that are already in the search with other urls of the old site, when opened in the Google search results, are redirected to my new pages? I hope my question is clear.

something like this,
keep in mind that if the content on the redirect URLs is different, the miracle will not work, and the new page in the same place in Google will not
ideally keep the old site, in parallel on the same domain, but in another directory raise a new one, from the pages links to the old one and gradually remove the navigation to the old crumbs,
but if the topic is specific, the new one will quickly take the right positions
