Project manager is there a system with customer authorization?

A project management system is required with client authorization and the following tasks:
The client logs in to the site in order to further set tasks for our developers to perform on their project,
see the status and progress of the tasks.
Possibility to leave comments for each project
I reviewed many such systems for working with a client, but I did not see the client's authorization in any of them.

Answer the question

In order to leave comments, you need to log in

To be honest, I have not seen a single system in which this is not, it is simply not decided by the fact that the client is some kind of separate entity, the client is the same entity as any user, it just has rights that correspond to the client.
That is, the programmer cannot create tasks, but the client can, everything is set by rights in user groups, there are in all large and even in many small task managers.
It is definitely in redmine, since I run all my projects in it.

What you described is already working with roles. In any well-known task tracker, you can set up roles for an account. Redmine is the easiest
