Actually, what I need (ideally)

There is a client who gives me a task. It is brought by another person, after which I transfer the task to another developer or do it myself. Tasks have a deadline, and money that the client pays me.

The bottom line: you need to conveniently manage this whole thing, deduct N percent to the person who brought it, M percent to the developer. It is desirable to add files to all this.

System - windows, android (Web interface or application - does not really matter).

Is there something of such a plan and in which direction to dig?

If you need to control only payments, then just write a formula in Excel.

SugarCRM has the necessary functionality and percentages and maintenance and sharing :)

There is not a lot of data, it is easier to make a table with formulas in Google Docs. You can also upload files there and write a link in the table.

I recommend redmine , everything you need is there, a super promising project (OpenSource, full of plugins, easy to install, large community). In conjunction with redminecrm you get a good CRM
