Chrome inspect devices sees the smartphone, but does not see the browser on it. How to fix?

The smartphone itself (RN7) is seen by the inspector, but not Chrome and WebView running on it:

Conclusion adb devices -l:

The computer is running MacOS
What could be causing this?
