Project Management Software with a built-in screenshoter to control employees?

Maybe someone met a plugin for redmine that would allow you to track time for tasks on the developer's computer using activity and screenshots?
Or a good alternative to have screenshots and CRM all in one box (with apps for desktops, and it’s cool if it’s for mobile)
The hubstaff + redmine bundle does not want to work (time is not transferred to redmine, there is no way to complete the task in the hubstaff desktop application)
Liked TOPTRACKER, but it is on its own, and duplicating tasks and time control in two places is somehow not right.
We want to try this mode of working with remote employees.
Let's not raise the question of trust and not trust here.

Offtopic of course, but maybe you need to develop project management? I guarantee that such control will result in only negative results.
What are the approaches to design ex. do you use?
