Programs for receiving SMS

Good afternoon, craftsmen

Where can I get the source code for the SMS receiving program?
SMS must be received via usb whistle.

I understand that I rolled out my lip with the source codes, and just a ready-made program, documentation, or just good advice on development will do.

From ready for Windows - 3G Modem Manager.
Under Linux there is an open gnokii (judging by the site it is also available under Windows). It can work as a daemon and save sms to a database or file.
I use both programs, I receive sms via 3G modem ZTE MF180.

Also interesting is a simple program that hangs in the tray and allows you to send / read SMS from a phone connected via usb.

You need to be able to access SMS with an external program and process them.

First, what platform ?
Secondly, do I understand correctly that you need to receive SMS on the device and transfer it to a PC, or is the device used as a modem?
Any sms is an xml file, it may differ on different platforms, which contains the text of the sms and a bunch of additional parameters. Accordingly, you need to transfer these files to a PC and parse, a trivial task.
If Android, then there is a driver for communicating via USB with any hardware devices, though from version 3.1.
If Symbian they have access to files through the API, you can form a bundle from them, plus all sorts of suites

In the fall, I organized voting via SMS based on Asterisk 1.8.x + chan_dongle. All this on a FreeBSD 8.2 server. Modems were Huawei E150 and E1550. Specifically, the E1550 served the whole thing, although all three received SMS. More than 3500 SMS were received per month. When receiving SMS, a shell script was triggered, which wrote logs and immediately sent the data to a server on the Internet. The whole bunch behaved stably, except that after restarting the server (putting some kind of patch on the core), the modems changed places. But that's just because of the order of the USB ports. Yes, and 3 modems - not one.
I don't know about your version. It may look like a cannon on sparrows.
