I recently registered on free-lance.ru, made an order through the "Safe Deal", received a finished work, wanted to accept the deal, but a problem was discovered - I did not receive an SMS with a confirmation code. And without this code, you cannot accept the transaction. There are 2 days left until the end of the deadline specified in the ToR.
In connection with the above, I have 2 questions:
1) I read on several sites that in a similar situation it is possible to pay for a transaction through Arbitrage. That is, apply to Arbitration and the payment will go through. The question is - has anyone already done this, and if so, how realistic is it?
2) And if you do not apply to the Arbitration, but simply wait for the expiration of the term for the TOR, will the payment go to the contractor automatically?
PS I am in Tajikistan, phone prefix is ​​+992. When reserving the amount to start the transaction, the SMS didn’t come at first either, but I indicated my other number, and it got through. And now, already at the closing of the transaction, it does not reach. And I can’t indicate another number either, because in order to unbind, you again need to enter the code from the SMS, which does not come. (The operator is Megafon Tajikistan, although this info is unlikely to be useful)

Firstly, it is likely that this is a bug in their system - the inability to send SMS to your number.
Secondly, they will suggest the most accurate solution, or they will manually complete the transaction themselves.
