How to receive SMS from the second SIM card?

Hello.
Are there any solutions for receiving and sending sms messages on a single-sim android smartphone from another SIM card? I suspect that you can't do without a USB modem and software (Asterisk, for example) running on a PC or router.
SMSPro from "one opsos" is not suitable.
