A long time ago I had a chance to participate in the design contest on topcoder: I took third place.
I tried to solve problems on Valladolid and Thymus, but there is still not enough experience in this direction.
What interesting contests did you participate in? Share your experience and impressions. Thank you.

codeforces . We were attracted by frequent contests + conditions in Russian.

What I didn't participate in... In singles contests my heart (as well as the rest of the liver) definitely belongs to TopCoder, mostly marathons. Well, also Google Code Jam. In the team - the Indian TLE and the Hungarian Challenge 24.
