I started with Radchenko's book. If courses, then good courses for courses-on-1s.RF. The rest of the courses are better not to watch money down the drain.

Yes. You can study at official 1C courses ( edu.1c.ru/) or at other sites ( Gilev , Chistov , Leontiev & Pavlov and many others).
